Welcome to the Carnival Games Department. We create memories for our guests and leave them with once in a lifetime experience! Our Games team is responsible for managing the various game areas on site, interacting with guests, and making their experience at the area the best they can.

Job Role: Games Attendant

Job Responsibilities

  • To support the Games team in day to day running of Carnival games
  • Setup the allotted game area as per manager instructions
  • Work in a team to meet weekly and monthly targets
  • Required to work under a shift schedule.
  • Provide an entertaining and enjoyable experience to guests playing at your game
  • Maintain and run assigned game area along with other members of the team

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • You should be outgoing, able to communicate effectively with the guests.
  • You must be self-motivated and positive individual.
  • You should be able to work on your feet for long hours.
  • Fresh Graduates, 0 – 2 years of experience preferred.

Event Dates: Mid Dec 2017 – 25th Feb 2018
Work Dates: 3-6 days a week including Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays and Holiday Eves
Event Open Hours: 11 am – 11 pm
Hourly Rate: Attractive Hourly Rate/s

Job Role: Games Team Leader

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for operation of allotted games to the set performance standards
  • Resolving any day to day issues brought up by game attendant teams
  • To motivate and lead the game attendants to deliver an amazing guest experience on a consistent basis
  • To ensure all game checks have been performed and all procedures are being followed by the individual games team
  • Conduct stock verification on individual games, stock display, and to ensure general guest experience quality delivered

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Willing to work on shifts in a competitive environment
  • 2-3 years of work experience in supervisory roles preferred

Job Role: Games Stores Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • To support the Games team in day to day running of Carnival games by replenishing games when required.
  • Setup the allotted stock storage area as per manager instructions
  • Work in a team to meet daily and weekly targets.
  • Required to work under a shift schedule.
  • Required to maintain stock, account for stock, up to date with daily and weekly stock counts.
  • Maintain and run assigned game area along with other members of the team

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • You should be outgoing, able to communicate effectively with the guests.
  • You must be a self-motivated and positive individual.
  • You should be able to work on your feet for long hours.
  • This is a fast turnover department that requires physically fit and forward-thinking individuals with the ability to be able to organise themselves and be numerically competent.
  • Fresh Graduates, 0 – 2 years of experience preferred.

Job Role: Games Stores Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

  • To ensure that all deliveries are dealt with efficiently and promptly
  • To ensure that all storage areas are organised correctly so that they are operating to a high and safe standard.
  • To ensure that all figures are calculated and imputed correctly
  • Resolving any day to day issues brought up by game stores team and game attendant teams
  • To motivate and lead the stores team to deliver an amazing guest experience on a consistent basis
  • To ensure all stock checks have been performed and all procedures are being followed by the individual stores team
  • Conduct stock verification on individual games, stock display, and to ensure general guest experience quality delivered

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
