The Site Operations Team prides itself on the phenomenal job it did previous year to bring the carnival to life. As they gear up for the carnival again this year, they have even more ambitious plans and interesting work projects to execute and maintain as part of the carnival.

Job Responsibilities

  • To monitor allotted zone on event site for deviances from standard operating conditions, hazards, irregularities
  • To handle staff and customer issues on site for allotted area(s)
  • To monitor allotted area on event site to ensure smooth guest flow, plan for and execute people flow systems for the zone
  • To provide other support to the Site Operations Team to ensure overall site safety and operational excellence
  • To provide other support to the Customer to ensure overall site safety and high standard of service
  • Required to work under shift schedule.

指導場地助理的日常工作,保障在所負責分區內之客人和工作人員的人身安全,於需要時協助疏導人潮,保持工作範圍內和週邊環境的清潔整齊,需要時通知主管安排清潔人員清理,需要輪班工作。

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
  • 2+ years of prior supervisory experience is required
  • You must be self-motivated and positive individual
  • You should be able to work on your feet for long hours

性格主動,並能以良好中英語與遊客溝通,工作需要長時間站立

保障在所負責範圍內之客人的人身安全,防止出現擁擠、堵塞和推撞,用心、細心和有禮貌的接待客人,隨時準備應付突發事故,熟悉場地內各類遊樂、休憩設施的位置,需要輪班工作。

Maintenance Crew Assistants

助理維修員

Job Responsibilities

  • To provide support to the Site Operations Team and the Customers to ensure overall site safety and high standard of service
  • Perform inspections and cleaning tasks as needed
  • To carry out simple repair jobs, install fixtures, appliances and other necessary appliances
  • To monitor allotted zone on event site for deviances from standard operating conditions, hazards, irregularities
  • Includes responding to emergency maintenance requests, assisting with renovation and remodelling and keeping records of what’s done
  • Keeps track of equipment, cleaning supplies and tools. When supplies run low, he/she reports the order to the needed person and order supplies when needed

為營運團隊提供技術支援,確保場地及旅客安全,負責日常維護工作,需要時處理緊急維修。

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
  • 2+ years of prior Joinery and carpentry experience is required, prior construction experience preferred but not necessary
  • This is a department that requires physically fit and alert individuals with the ability to organise themselves in timely manner.
  • Required to work under shift schedule as per roster for the whole period of the carnival event
  • Need basic knowledge of carpentry to repair partitions, walls, doors and fences. The job also requires an understanding of electrical systems to fix wiring, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances
