The AIA Great European Carnival’s ‘Art-is-on Cow Project’ in Collaboration with FilmAid Asia to Support a Charity Cause

Hong Kong (10th February, 2017) – Imagination and love is manifested at full swing at The AIA Great European Carnival this year: the Carnival has partnered with FilmAid Asia in initiating an ‘Art-is-on Cow Project’ where ten local artists have been invited to go creative by using different medium on plain cow installations that will be auctioned off at FilmAid Asia’s yearly gala charity raising fund for the organisation’s local Hong Kong programmes in schools and community centers, and for its work in the refugee camps in Thailand. The gala will be held at the Carnival on the February 11th.

Public Voting of The AIA Great European Carnival GTI Karaoke Competition Starts Tonight at 8pm! The Star Will Be Born This Sunday!

Hong Kong (9th February, 2017) – The first ever carnival’s GTI karaoke competition in Hong Kong held at The AIA Great European Carnival has just closed with over 1400 eligible contestants signed up. Five finalists are being shortlisted and their videos will be uploaded on the Carnival’s official Facebook page for public votes starting at 8pm tonight! The star who wins the competition will take home a Volkswagen GTI Drivers Edition and the announcement will be made at the Carnival’s live stage on the Carnival’s closing date 12th this Sunday at 8pm!

The organisers of The AIA Great European Carnival are looking forward to celebrating the close of their 2015/16 Carnival season and are expecting their One Millionth visitor over the closing weekend. To date the 64 days Carnival has seen well over 900,000 visitors, despite January’s record breaking rainfall and an independent survey has acknowledged the Hong Kong public’s overwhelming support the event with 74% stating they would return for a second time and over 80% of people expressing their satisfaction.

The AIA Great European Carnival Celebrates As Its Opening Day Arrives

Hong Kong (16th December, 2015) – The AIA Great European Carnival Gala Preview was unveiled today to packed crowds, plenty of entertainment including Hong Kong Police Band’s performance, 24 rides, and a gala atmosphere.
